About Us
The sports lifestyle. If you are the parent of an athlete, or work in a company that serves that industry you know what that means. Sports are fun, healthy, build character and once you are captivated by them, they become engrained in your life. They impact where you go, how you spend your time, who you associate with, what you wear, when and where you eat, what you buy, and so on.

But the lifestyle can also be a bit of a challenge. With all the practices, lessons, games, and travelling it can be hard to find the time to accomplish what we need to do. And to make it more challenging, change is a constant part of the mix – new teams, bigger fields, new positions or roles, better equipment – just when you thought your athlete was all set, something else pops into the equation. But as committed parents and guardians, we continue to do all we can to help set our athletes up for success.

Simply put, that’s our story. We are a bunch of sports families, doing whatever we can to promote and support our athlete’s passion to play and everything that revolves around it. We eat, sleep and breathe sports. They are a way of life for us. And our greatest joy occurs on weekends when our athlete is on the field or court, giving it their all, and we are rooting them on.

Most of our team at one point in time took this commitment even further, getting involved in coaching the sport. That lead us to see a totally different side. We saw disconnects and needs in the industry, specifically around making sure players were being developed properly and safely, that were unmet. And with our cumulative corporate background of building companies, creating technology, and using it to solve complex needs, we were destined to jump into the industry professionally to help.

Our first app series was designed to help athletes focus and accelerate their development. And as a result, we have numerous interactions every day with a group of super engaged users. As we help them to develop and learn, we begin to know a great deal about the athlete. How often they train, what areas need work. We interact with them about nutrition, injuries, accomplishments and goals. We know when they are playing, traveling, eating. We use all of this information, along with some pretty slick tech, to improve their game, make them more successful on and off the field, and get them to the next level. We are a trusted source of shepherding them through the process and helping them realize their dreams.

The Sports Resource Guide lives inside our player development platform and is designed to have a very personal marketing connection with our users. Because we know what they are doing, what they need and when they need it we bring a highly valued perspective on the information, products and services that are an exact fit to those needs, deliver it to them on their primary mode of communication, and at the precise time they are seeking it. This ability to deliver the best solution at the right time is unmatched in the marketplace. The Resource Guide contained inside the family of apps powered by RePlay, is the most comprehensive and largest collection of targeted products, services and information designed to assist our audiences with getting the most out of their daily lives.
Who are the users and what is the demographic of the users that download the app?
Users of our apps that are bundled with the resource guide include very large, targeted audiences interested in the products, content, and interactive features of our respective app titles.
How do your users interact with the app and how often do they use it?
Our users are super engaged. They often log into the app every day. For our event driven apps, our users are playing our interactive game features, gathering event information, reading content of interest, and shopping for products and services that align with the event and their lifestyle interests. They see our apps as the authoritative resource and look there first when seeking information, advice, and the products and services they need.
What is contained in the Resource Guide?
The Resource Guide is designed to aggregate together the highly fragmented information, products and services revolving around our user’s lifestyle and interests. Our technology allows us to match users to content, hyper-target the information they need, and present it when they need it. Categories include everything needed to enjoy an event or learn more about a specific area of interest, as well as live the lifestyle revolving around it.

What makes your app and Resource Guide different?
Our users are comprised of Generation Z and Generation Alpha - the first totally digital generations. Their use of technology and behavior is significantly different than prior generations. They rely on their phone for communication, socialization, learning, entertainment and purchasing. Is promoting my business, product or service in the Resource Guide expensive?
Our directory listings cost less than the price of a cup of coffee per day. We offer options that a small, local boutique type business can afford as well as extremely high visibility campaigns designed for larger, national businesses. In either case, the value is strong based on our unique way of targeting the customer and matching promotions to what they need and when they need it.
I have reviewed my listing, and something is not correct – how do I fix it?
If you received an email from with a sample ad you can simply log in to your account and use our online tools to make any changes you wish, as often as you wish. If you did not receive an email from us, or are in need of assistance, contact customer service at info@lifeads.app.
How do I pay for my listing/ad in the Resource Guide?
You must pay for your Resource Guide as soon as possible, and if it is associated with one of our event apps, prior to the event start date or you stand the risk of your ad being deleted from our app(s). We offer convenient payment options via your credit or debit card, ACH payment via your checking or savings account or Paypal. All payments are processed using the latest security and encryption methods by our partner Authorize.net. Charges for recurring ads continue for each cycle (monthly/annual) until such a time as you decide to cancel your listing/ad.
Do I have to sign a contract or commit to a long timeframe?
For all of our listings and ads there is no contract beyond your initial ad placement, and you may cancel at any time. Should you cancel, your ad will continue until the current paid billing period expires, and then you will no longer be billed.
How do I cancel my listing/ad?
Canceling your ad/listing is easy. Just log into your account and click the link entitled MANAGE. From there you will see the option to cancel your account. Your ad/listing will continue to run for the duration of the current paid time period. Then once that period ends, your ad will no longer be visible, and you will no longer be billed. We do not offer refunds for partial outstanding periods that have been paid.
How do I make changes to my ad?
You may edit your ad whenever you wish. This can be done by logging into your account clicking on the ad you want to edit, making the changes and saving them (be sure to follow our ad specifications and publishing guidelines carefully or your ad may not be approved for release). Once the updated version has been reviewed and approved by one of our team members it will be released to go live in the app immediately. You can also contact your account representative should you need assistance updating or changing your ad.
On a CPM ad, how do I know how many users are seeing my ad?
In your account you will see a dashboard that shows how many users have seen your ad for the current time period. On the same screen you will see your current CPM balance and your threshold for replenishing your account. All stats are updated in real time.
What happens if I do not purchase the ad I am being offered?
If you do not sign up within a few days of viewing our email, there is a good chance your listing will be removed. The exact timing depends on our cloud server updates at any given moment. To avoid this from happening, click the link in the offer provided, make any corrections to your ad that you wish, and make your payment right away so you do not miss out on this opportunity.
What type of artwork and photos do I need to submit for my listing/ad?
Most listings/ads contain graphics (artwork or photos) that need to be a specific size (see our specifications section) and in a JPG or PNG format. Videos should be in a high definition format.
Can I list my business/product/service in multiple categories?
With each ad or listing you may choose up to 5 categories from our list. If there is a category that you need or would like to recommend that is not on our list contact your account representative, customer service at info@lifeads.app.
What do you suggest for keywords for my listing/ad?
All of our listings and ads contain keywords to assist the app user in finding your business. While some users may simply drill down through our extensive list of categories to find what they want, keywords are a fast path to targeting and narrowing their list using our search engine. Here are some tips to use when thinking about what keywords you should submit with your ad/listing:
  • Study your market (who are you trying to reach)
  • Define your goals (what are you about, what makes you special)
  • What topics do you cover (your main category, smaller sub groups)
  • Think of seed keywords (what words are related to your topics)
  • Study the search intent (what is the reason behind why people are searching)
  • Identify “long tail” keywords (additional, narrowing descriptive words associated with your seed keywords)
  • Think about your competitors (what words might people use to find them)
What is CPM? How does a CPM Program work?
CPM is the acronym that stands for Cost Per M (or thousand) views. This means that you are being charged by the number of times one thousand users see your ad. To manage this process, we set up an open balance in your account, typically for the minimum required, and track how many times your ad is presented to our app users. Then with each view your account is decremented. Once your balance hits the replenishment level established additional funds will be added to your account automatically at the amount and timing of your choice. You may manage all these features in your account dashboard.
Can I request special placement for my listing/ad?
Ads and listings are typically shown in alphabetical order to make drilling down through the list easier for the user. Our users actually enjoy scrolling through the lists, as well as using our seach engine to find what they need. For an additional cost we offer featured, preferred and sponsor listings that receive higher priority at the top of the screen, as well as fully targeted pop-up ads based on a user’s interaction with the app.
